So, you want my opinion? Leave him.

Out of you pro's you have that he's hot, that won't last forever. You also have that he's cool, which also won't last forever. Most people who are cool show up at their ten-year reunion fat and bald. It is usually the un-cool kids that show up with full heads of hair and great bodies. The rest of your good stuff is good but as fore the bad stuff: the fact that he does call you by the wrong name and spends hours talking to other girls means that he is not serious about having a steady relationship and he will end up hurting most of the girls in the end. It would be nice if you were the one that he chooses but there is an equal chance that it won't be. Another problem is that he can be a pervert sometimes, add that up with the seeing other girls and you have a lot of notches on his bedpost. And throw in that he can be a jerk just makes it worse.

That is my thought on the situation. Love easily comes and goes. It might hurt at first but we all get over it.

Sometimes, the brain is better to listen to than the heart because the heart relies almost solely on passion and intuition (not that that's always a bad thing), but the brain offers up a good argument. Trust me, coming from someone who thinks way more often with his heart than his head, sometimes it's best to listen to what the brains says than what the heart wants.

A lot of the reasons for dating Chris that you listed are superficial. That fact that he's a skater boy, he's hot, he's cool. . . etc. And the other half your pretty unsure about.
